TERMS & CONDITIONS

Luxury Watches Dials and Bezels only stocks and sources luxury Pre-owned, Unused or New watches for the site or client. All of the watches sold on the LWDB website or via our office are original to the make and model stated within the description or request of the client. Our advertisement of Custom Aftermarket items (bezels) only refer to those which are of a Real diamond and base content, but are not affiliated to the official trademark only that of Custom Aftermarket which you must fully read and understand the item you are buying. We do not sell replica or Stolen watches and will report any item that is presented to LWDB to the customs or official channels.   

Luxury Watches Dials and Bezels is an independent business, and is not affiliated with any watch manufacturer or distributor. Rolex is a registered trademark of Rolex Watch UK, Rolex International and we make no claim against this statement. Application of custom accessories, such as custom dials and bezels will void the watch manufacturer's original warranty and would prevent Rolex factory service. Rolex prohibits their authorized dealers from selling online and discounting from Rolex mandated retail.

The terms and conditions for use of the LWDB website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase, including the description of the item you are buying from our site or at our offices. Some of the items described as Custom “Aftermarket”, that are not Original Rolex accessories clearly state this within the content and have no bearing or agreement, affiliation to Rolex international, UK, USA or Rolex worldwide.

All Factory Pre-owned Rolex items, 
will be made clear on the site detailed within the content / description.
Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us (LWDB) by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, based on the terms and condition detailed.

ONLINE SHOPPING

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and color capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you commit to buy you should read the following: Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.

When sales items are marked with a £0.00 fee price, the description will clearly as you to make an enquiry for the up todate cost. The reason for this is that the cost of diamonds and gold can vary daily and therefore a fixed price can not be given as this is not a stock item. If you buy the item without reading the description then you will be liable for charges incured by LWDB Ltd, that will be deducted from your refund. 

PAYMENTS

We accept the forms of payment; Cash at an agreed amount inline with Money Laundering Policy’s, cheques (Please allow 10days to clear) Proof of ID will be required to accept the cheques.Pay-Pal (charges will apply), Bank Transfer, Wire or Banker draft. Please be advised that if paying by bank transfer BAC'S we may not be able to release the items until confirmaiton of payment has been cleared by the bank. 

 

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, however please note the following surcharges which we have to make:

PRE-OWNED ROLEX WATCHES & SOURCED WATCHES

We only display watches that are within our stock holding, and that have been fully inspected by our accredited Certified watchmaker prior to advertising. The watches are also were possible checked against the stolen “Watch” register, providing the watch has been reported "Stolen". We take full pride in describing the watch in the condition that we will display for the purpose of sale. Our stock rotation is daily and therefore cannot guarantee the availability of the watch, unless we have received a deposit to hold the watch for a maximum of 7 days. Any watch being advertised within the LWDB site may not be the watch that we can provide or source for you, as this may be sold, although a alternative will be offered and this will be made clear at the stage of enquiry. Any watches that are held on a commission or resale basis will be subject to a full check and will be held under the terms of agreement between LWDB and prosepctive buyer "owner". Any commission sales (Showcased) will require the watch to be held by LWDB. Under no circumstances can we or will we, RESALE – SERVICE –ADVERTISE – COMMISION any counterfeit or known stolen watch. Please be advised that watches or parts that are sourced specifically for your under (Pre-owned, New, unused) will be found either within the UK through our network of worldwide contacts. All warranties and guarantees remain under these conditions.

CUSTOM “AFTERMARKET” DIAMOND SET BEZELS

Our selection of Custom “AFTERMARKET” diamond bezels are sold on the understanding with you the Customer, that they are not a product associated or sold by ROLEX UK, USA, WORLDWIDE or INTERNATIONAL. At no time do we mention that the bezels advertised are from the ROLEX UK, USA, WORLDWIDE, and that any Custom “Aftermarket” Diamond Bezel will void any Warranty or Service with ROLEX.

By purchasing or ordering a Custom "Aftermarket" Diamond Bezel, you are agreeing with the following:

•       You understand that you are purchasing a custom-made diamond bezel. This item was not manufactured by Rolex, but rather was crafted "for Rolex" watch models as a personal customisation.

Custom diamond bezels are considered as a "unauthorized Rolex modification" and cannot be fitted by a Rolex affiliated company. They can be installed by any independent watch specialist.

By adding a Custom Aftermarket Diamond bezel, Watches are not fully water proof and the meaning of water proof does not guarantee the resistance of any pre owned Rolex model.

We strongly advise you do not wear you watch in water associated areas where the watch will be submersed in water. This will void your guarantee with LWDB. Pre Owned Rolex watches even though resealed are at most splash proof - For example; in rain, washing of hands, showering. Bathing, swimming, diving etc will void your warranty with Luxury Watches Dials and Bezels, and can cause internal damange to your watch. 

Our Custom Diamond Bezels are aftermarket fitments that have no bearing or infringement to any other Rolex item. All Aftermarket diamond bezels we offer for order are with real "S111" or “VS” where ordered by the client as per the receipt,  quality Diamonds on either a WG (White Gold), YG (Yellow Gold), P (Platinum) SS (Stainless Steel) base.

Returns on diamond bezels are NOT subject of restocking fees – as long as they shipped to us in original condition: not filed or attempted to be installed. If the bezel is receievd back to us not in the origianl conditions within 7 days we will charge up to 50% to restock. In cases where the diamonds and the bezel are beyond repair LWDB will decline any refund and return the item to you. 

ACCESSORIES  

All accessories displayed within our site are of items held by LWDB and are fully described to the physical appearance of the item. The items within this section are Factory Rolex items of either a Pre-owned, Unused or New quality. As our stock changes daily and you are looking for a specific item, then we will be able to source this for you. 

SERVICE

LWDB offer a full Service and Repair package at competitive costs, which are carried out by our Accredited Rolex Service watchmaker. All services are subject to a base cost plus any additional costs for parts required above the original service. All costs and works must be agreed prior with you the client. Any Services carried out with LWDB still are in keeping with warranties and guarantees.  We cannot service or repair any Stolen or replica watches. We work closely with an external Register and Authorised Rolex Service centre which has access to original Rolex parts for the service and repair of the majority of Rolex watches. Some parts for vintage watches may be subject to generic parts if Rolex is unable to supply the original parts due to age and items being discontinued. 

When enquiring about Rolex services or repairs, it is important for you the customer to ensure any issues with timing or features on your watch are higlighted to LWDB as for the information to be presented to our prefered Rolex technicians as to ensure that any other investigation or tests are completed and for a more accreate estimate to be issued. It is also important to understand the usage of your watch in the terms of wear and use.

People who engage in a very active day to day enviroment or sports etc, should expect there mechanical watches to gain time, as apposed to the normal wear of your watch due to the increasing of the balance wheel inertia. 

Part Replacements: If your watch requires new parts due to damage or an item becoming lost, Rolex will only issue the item on certain parts based on a return basis and an additional cost for the new part.

VALIDATION CHECKS

All credit, debit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services, utilities). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from Luxurywatchesdialsandbezels.co.uk website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order, or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency that may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.

Should you have any cause for complaint, you should return the item to our return to sender address by a GRN or email: info@LWDB.co.uk.

You will need to also send a copy of the guarantee and receipt. LWDB will then implement full remedial work at no expense to you.

The guarantee is not transferable and does not affect your statutory rights.

For further information please contact us during our office hours. LWDB will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:

If any items in your order prove to be faulty that cannot be fixed by our certified Rolex Watchmaker, then please return the items to LWDB with a copy of the delivery note / invoice, prior to this please call the LWDB offices to obtain a returns number.

Our fair promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

If you change your mind you may return any product to LWDB, unopened and in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of your delivery, but will be subject to restocking charges and postage. Certain exclusions apply see paragraph below. Please contact LWDB to obtain a returns number, include the reason the product has been returned and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding your original delivery charge, and restocking cost) or an exchange.

Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalized goods made to a customer's specifications may not be returned. When your item is a special ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact the LWDB.

For further details on returning your purchase to our offices by postal service or in person. All postal deliveries for returns back to LWDB must be fully insured at your cost to the value of the goods. Postage for items found faulty will be recharged. Please refer to the reverse of your delivery note. In all cases you must obtain a returns number by contacting LWDB, this will ensure we can track all parts of the returns process.

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDER (SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS) - Charges will still apply. 

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched, also not a service provided by us, such as a special delivery service. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused. Please contact LWDB should you wish to cancel your order. Special order items will be subject to a restocking charge of up to 50% for handling, inspection and 
resale of the item.( Please see above notes on damaged returned goods not in there original condition). Stock items will be subject to a full refund less postage costs, insurance, as the item will be held by LWDB.

 

LOST PACKAGES SENT BY LWDB

You must notify LWDB of items not received within 24 hours once the item has been sent and we have notified you "Customer" of the tracking number. All items will be signed for pre 9am or 1pm next day. LWDB do not take responsability once an item is recieved by the receipient. The Royal Mail signed for tracked "Special" will show a proof of postage and a stage tracking process of the item to the customer, who in term will sign for the item at the address destination. Please note if the item is not signed for, then a proof of ID and signature will be required when collecting from the post office or sort office. When parcels are not receieved at the address shown, Royal Mail will leave a "Notice Card" for you. The Notice card will tell you were the item will be help for collection, and what they require you to bring as proof of ID and signature to collect the item. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED ONCE AN ITEM IS SIGNED FOR, OR PROOF OF ID IS SHOWN FOR COLLECTION AT THE LOCAL OFFICE OR AT HOME, ALL RESPOSABILITY IS BORNE TO YOU, NOT LWDB. 

UK DELIVERIES

For all UK orders, placed before midday we will attempt to deliver your order within 1-5 working days signed for tracked providing the item is in stock. Where it is not possible to meet these timescales, we will notify you and advise you of an anticipated delivery date. On sourced items we will notify you of the proposed date of dispatch, as LWDB must complete all checks on the item prior to sending to you.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Special Delivery Signed for "Tracked" Recorded

All items signed for, tracked will be delivered within 24 hours and a tracking number will be sent to you, by email, phone or messenger (LWDB do not delivery on a Saturday). We will always send either pre 9am or pre1pm the following day except satudays. LWDB will always notify you of the delivery number to track. The delivery is signed on the Royal Mail system once we have sent the item out in which we will see each stage of the process. If your item is signed for either at the property or at the Royal mail sort office, post office or centre then we deem the item to be receieved by you safely, as this is inline with the signature for collection, and proof of ID will be required to collect the item.

Please be advised if you do not receve your item within 24 hours you must notify us LWDB either by phone 01159 333 078 or email: info@lwdb.co.uk that you have not received your item. LWDB do not take responsability for items not signed for, or collected after the 24 hours collection of a signed for receipt if the postal service shows that the item has been received or collected or with proof of ID. 

Items signed for at the Customers Address or collected from the post office will be deemed delivered. If you have not notified us within 24 hours that collection has not been delivered then we not be able to help you further as we would have been notified by Royal Mail online system, that the parcel had been either signed for at the address, or signed for with proof of ID at the post office. 

If an item has been signed for, or collected at the post office by the customer, then the claim process will be with Royal Mail and not LWDB. We will of course help with any information that is required in order to help you.

Please note you must contact the police immediatley for a claim number, for the item that has been signed for or collected which you Claim is not signed by you or receievd by you.

This is a Crime and needs to be reported. 

 

PROCESS FOR NON RECEVIEVD ITEMS WITHIN 24 HOURS TRACKED AND SIGNED FOR

1. CONTACT LWDB IMMEDIATLEY - WITHIN 24 HOURS AS YOU WOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THE DELIVERY NUMBER PRIOR BY LWDB VIA TEXT, EMAIL OR OTHER

2. CHECK TRACKING DETAILS WITH ROYAL MAIL AND LWDB TO CONFIRM CORRECT

3. CONTACT POLICE - SCAMS, FRAUD CLAIMS WILL BE REPORTED AND CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS TAKEN AGAINST YOU

4. IF AN ITEM IS SIGNED FOR OR COLLECTED WITH ID AND SIGNATURE AT ROYAL MAIL, YOU MUST TAKE YOUR CLAIM UP WITH ROYAL MAIL THROUGH THE RELEVANT CHANNELS AND NOT LWDB.

LWDB HOLD NO RESPONSABILITY FOR ITEMS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SIGNED FOR COLLECTED WITH PROOF OF ID, THAT ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS. WE WILL AIM TO ASSIST YOU WHERE POSSIBLE. 

All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and safely store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorize us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery charges. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.

A signature will be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full for the item, including any additional costs.
Other delivery address must be agreed by the sender and receiver for the goods by email prior to the item being dispatched. Any loss of the item once signed for by the receive will become the at the risk of the receiver.   

RETURNS & REFUNDS (Please Read Carefully)

All returns for items purchased from LWDB, must be sent back to our offices / address within 5 working days of the item being recieved by you. We allow a 3 day verification check on all items purchased through LWDB as peace of mind. The 3 day verification check allows you to review the item by an external source, Jeweller, Watch Maker or Dealer. (Please be advised you should ensure a accreditted party is used to carry out the visual inspection on your behalf, as any damage is your resposnability and cost). This does not alter the agreement of sale between "Buyer" and "Seller". The item must be returned by an approved insured, tracked and signed for courier provider at your cost unless agreed with LWDB in writting. The watch, Diamond, accessory, case or documention will be checked by our watchmaker, and a refund of the money will then be processed within 5 to 14 working days of the date signed by our office, less any courier delivery cost or damages and Credit card charges including any amendments of FX exchange rates. 

Please be advised we retain the right to refund the money to either your card or Bank Account.If you are buying with the FX exchange rate within Europe or international then the amount less costs will be refunded at the UK FX exchange rate on the day of return. (For example; if the euro is low against the pound, the rate returned may be less than the amount paid for the item, if the rate is higher the refund will be as per the UK cost and no higher for profit). Please note any damages once the watch is receieved will be brought to your attention with any costs that may be applied in order to put the item back to its original sent condition.  

The item must be sent back in the condition received. Any defect of the item must be notified to LWDB within 24 hours of signing for the item.  

Any defects our watchmaker finds, will be pointed out prior to you "Buyer" by a report and photo as to agree any costs to remedy the item. Please be advised, that should you use an external Jeweller, Watch Maker or Dealer and the case back, crown, is removed from the watch you will be charged a Set fee of £45 to reseal and test the watch, as this is a cost to us.We strongly advise against this as any movement of back removed from the case will breach any warranty with LWDB. You must insure that the package is clearly labelled, sealed, and boxed safely with all cards, Documents and receipts sent with the watch. (The watch needs to be protected within the box as to ensure the watch is not damaged in transit.

ITEMS SENT TO LWDB SEALED PACKAGES - Tracked - Signed For within 24hours UK Only.

 

Please be advised if you have received a pre authorized LWDB package, you must follow the following steps as not to invalidate your claim with LWDB.

  1. You must notify LWDB of any scratches, marks, issues with the item before being sent to us. We do inspect all items sent to us within 48 hours.
  2. No items to be sent on a Friday to LWDB if using this service, any items sent on a Friday will be void.
  3. You must use Royal mail for this service to be warranted.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure that your item is package correctly for safe transit to LWDB offices. If you fail to safely pack your item then LWDB will not be held liable for any damages once checked with 48 hours.
  5. You seal the Royal Mail secure bag and ensure that you sign the sealed envelope when sealing the bag. We then ask that you cover your signature on the sealed part of the Royal Mail bag as to ensure that we know the item has not been tampered with while in transit.
  6. You must ensure that the item is sent Pre 9am Signed for insured if requested by LWDB pending the value of the item. We may agree a Pre 1pm signed for on lower value items.
  7. You are responsible for paying the insurance, Tracked and signed for service with Royal mail and keeping hold of the original receipt.
  8. You must inform LWDB of the tracking Number after you have sent the item, you must keep the original Royal Mail receipt, if you lose the receipt then any agreement with LWDB will be VOID.
  9. LWDB will notify you of a return date for the item once we have booked the item in.

 

Please note, we do not take responsibility for any item sent in negligence to LWDB. If you have received an LWDB package then it is your responsibility to ensure the safe transit of the item you are sending. We will report or investigate any acts against, fraud or theft to the police.

 

PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY. SENDING YOUR ITEM WILL MEAN YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW AND ABOVE. 

PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION IF YOU ARE SENDING YOUR WATCH / ITEM IN A LWDB PRE AUTHORISED PACKAGE.

If the Sale Item is picked up but fails to reach us for any reason, and such failure is known to us, or if the Sale Item arrives in a state which we determine to be damaged, we may conduct an investigation into such failure or into such damage.  Such investigation may take up to 30 working days from the day on which such failure becomes known to us.  In order to assist us in our investigation we may require certain information and documentation from you, including without derogating from the generality of the foregoing:

(i)         a complete and accurate description of the Sale Item and how it was packaged, including materials and type of packaging;

(ii)        a copy of the Royal Mail Tracking number and a copy of the Post Office Receipt confirming acceptance of the Royal Mail Special Delivery bag;

(iii)       a signed declaration from you confirming that the Sale Item was legally owned by you;

(iv)       a receipt, proof of purchase or proof of ownership of the Sale Item;

(v)        a proof of your address (e.g., utility bill); and

(vi)       a copy of your identity papers, which may include your driver’s license or passport.

A “working day” shall mean any day from Monday to Friday, excluding (i) national holidays in the United Kingdom and (ii) any other day on which the banks in the United Kingdom are closed.
